Everything that governs the Holina service, operated by EpochCore LLC. We've tried to write these to be read rather than to be survived — each one opens with a plain summary of what it actually means for you.

The agreement

• Terms of Service The contract. Plans and pricing, what your data is, what we promise, liability, and how disputes are resolved.
• Acceptable Use Policy What the service may and may not be used for — especially the calling and messaging rules that keep your number deliverable.
• Refund & Billing Policy The free first month, auto-renewal, cancellation, proration, refunds, failed payments and chargebacks.

Privacy & data

• Privacy Policy What we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.
• Data Processing Addendum For customers who need the processor agreement: roles, security measures, breach notification, deletion, and the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Business-specific messaging policies

Each business using Holina for text messaging has its own messaging privacy policy, at holina.io/legal/privacy/<business>. These are linked from the messages that business sends and are the ones its carriers review.
