What we're building
A voice platform that restaurants can trust with their busiest hours: sub-second responses, self-hosted models on our own GPUs, and post-quantum, tamper-evident call records every owner can verify. It's real-time speech, telephony, and applied AI, glued together into something an owner sets up in minutes and never thinks about again.
Who we're looking for
- Software Engineers (full-stack, backend, ML/voice) Ship the voice pipeline, the platform, and the tools around them. Python, TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, and the model stack. You care about latency and correctness in equal measure.
- Product & Design Own the experience from the owner's onboarding to the caller's first hello. Turn a messy real-world problem into something that feels obvious.
- Go-to-Market Get Holina into restaurants — partnerships, onboarding, and the kind of hands-on customer work that only matters early.
- Internships Impact the launch of innovative software products. Real ownership, real shipping, from day one.
